Our Core Values
We value a Passion for God. Each one of us may be in a different place along the path of pursuing God, but we are responsible for heading in the same direction with the same focus – God. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. Luke 12:30

We value Humility before God and before others. It is a choice that we are responsible to make. God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:6 & 10
We value Authenticity. It is our responsibility to be real, not false, not copied, but genuine with God and one another. Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body. Ephesians 4:25
We value Accountability. We must be accountable for our words, actions, character, and assigned tasks. Accountability helps us prioritize life with responsibility. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. Hebrews 4:13
Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. 1 Corinthians 4:2
We value a Compassion for People. Jesus continually demonstrated a compassion for people: His followers, the individual, the crowds, the hurting, and the lost. We have the same responsibility. May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. 1 Thessalonians 3:12
We value Personal Character. Each one of us are responsible to demonstrate integrity by adhering to moral and ethical principles. We are responsible to reflect the character of Jesus. The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity. Proverbs 11:3
